Spoki takes an important step toward increasingly effective and reliable communication. In fact, our platform is enriched with a new strategic channel: the SMS. This evolution makes Spoki a platform multichannel, capable of providing broader coverage and even more robust communication.

Thanks to the work of our developer department we will soon activate a new feature in the automation panel: the tick Send SMS. This simple but powerful update will allow to integrate the sending of SMS messages within the normal automated flows, always keeping WhatsApp as the priority channel.

How it works

In concrete terms, the feature allows you to choose, for each automation step, whether to send a message via WhatsApp or SMS. In this way, if the trigger is an event on an external platform, you can decide to directly send an SMS message to your contact, without having to go through WhatsApp.

It is an operational freedom that expands communication possibilities and increases work efficiency. An additional advantage arises in cases when, due to any technical glitch or a temporary unavailability of the Meta platform, sending the WhatsApp messages is not successful.

In these scenarios, the SMS option is an immediate and secure solution: in case of WhatsApp sending errors, the system automatically triggers alternative delivery of the message. Through the classic Short Message Service, the end user will always receive the information, without interruption.

You will also be able to schedule low-cost massive SMS campaigns.
