Introduction to Conversational AI on WhatsApp

Conversational AI is increasingly present in the way companies communicate with customers, but it's often described in complex or overly technical terms. This workshop was created to bring clarity. In collaboration with Acelera Pyme, Spoki is organizing a session designed for SMEs who want to understand what it really means to use Conversational AI on WhatsApp and how to start designing useful conversations, without having to deal with technical complexity or difficult-to-manage tools.

Acelera Pyme is an initiative that supports small and medium-sized enterprises in their digitalization journey, helping them understand and adopt new technologies in a concrete and sustainable way. The workshop fits into this context: providing companies with a solid foundation to understand how digital interactions with customers are changing and why WhatsApp has become one of the most natural channels for building direct and continuous relationships.

During the workshop, Spoki guides participants through a practical, step-by-step journey to think about how to design a conversation, even before talking about automation or artificial intelligence. There will be no product demos or commercial moments. The focus is on methodology: how to move from automated messages to structured conversations, when it makes sense to introduce AI, and how to always maintain a balance between automation and human intervention.
