What's the difference between System Integrator and Software Vendor?
A System Integrator implements Spoki in third-party client systems (often large enterprises) as a dedicated integration project. A Software Vendor integrates Spoki into their own software product to offer it to their customers as a native feature. In short: the SI works "per project" for their clients, the Vendor integrates Spoki "into their product".
How is this different from the Reseller or Affiliate program?
A Reseller sells Spoki as a standalone platform, managing the commercial relationship and support. An Affiliate simply refers contacts via referral link and earns a commission. A System Integrator delivers technical integration projects for their enterprise clients — it's a technical and project partnership, not just commercial.
Do I need specific technical skills?
Yes, the program is designed for teams with development and system integration skills. You don't need to be WhatsApp experts: we teach that. But you need API integration, system architecture and enterprise project management capabilities.
How long does a typical integration project take?

How does the economic model work?
You have two revenue sources: the project fee (set by you with your client) and recurring revenue share on every active Spoki account you implemented. Specific revenue share details depend on volume — we discuss this during qualification.
