Our Story

The Spark and the Ultimatum
It all started in Puglia to solve a critical problem: emails were being ignored and communication with users was broken. After months of setbacks and failures, we set July 2021 as the deadline: either we invoiced €900 or we would shut everything down. We won the bet, exceeding all expectations and closing the year with our first €45,000 in revenue.

Validation and Growth
We realized that our need was shared by thousands of other companies. We expanded beyond Puglia and started scaling: we went from €45k to €400,000 in revenue.

Independence and the First Million
A year of historic turning points. After a pure bootstrapping journey, Spoki became an independent company. We welcomed our first investors, consolidated our maturity, and reached the milestone of our first million euros in revenue.

The Great Climb
A year of unprecedented expansion in which we doubled every single number: from revenue to message volumes, to the size of our team. We consolidated our leadership in Italy, demonstrating that our Customer Engagement model is ready to scale without limits.

International Expansion
We established the Brindisi-Barcelona axis, bringing our Apulian DNA to the global market. It was the year of our technological breakthrough: we integrated Artificial Intelligence at the heart of our platform, redefining Customer Engagement Management (CEM) on an international scale.

The future is conversational.
Our goal? To become the global standard for sales and customer care on WhatsApp. We want every company in the world to have an authentic and direct voice, breaking down every barrier between those who sell and those who buy.
