In short: the Vendor puts it in their software, the SI installs it on behalf of others.

How is this different from the Reseller or Affiliate program?

A Reseller sells Spoki as a standalone platform, managing sales and support. An Affiliate refers contacts via referral link and earns a commission โ€” no operational involvement. A Software Vendor technically integrates Spoki into their own software: it's a product partnership, not just commercial.
