What's the difference between Software Vendor and System Integrator?
A Software Vendor integrates Spoki into their own product to offer it to their customers as a native feature ā it's a product partnership. A System Integrator implements Spoki in third-party client systems (often large enterprises) as a dedicated integration project. In short: the Vendor puts it in their software, the SI installs it on behalf of others.
How is this different from the Reseller or Affiliate program?
A Reseller sells Spoki as a standalone platform, managing sales and support. An Affiliate refers contacts via referral link and earns a commission ā no operational involvement. A Software Vendor technically integrates Spoki into their own software: it's a product partnership, not just commercial. If you have software and want your customers to use WhatsApp without leaving it, you're a Vendor.
How long does it take to complete the integration?
