A conversation on Spoki is an interaction between your business and a customer, measured in 24-hour windows that start from the first message you send.
Once opened, you can exchange unlimited messages within that window. After 24 hours, a new conversation must be started.

Unlimited messages of any type can be exchanged within this session.

After 24 hours, any reply or new message starts a new conversation and a new charge.

Conversations & Billing Rules
Conversations
- Conversations are 24-hour sessions counted from the first business message.
- You may exceed your plan's included conversations (up to 3×) with an additional surcharge.
Meta Billing
- Pricing depends on the recipient's country and message category (Meta rules).
- WhatsApp fees are always billed separately by Meta.
Billing of Excess Usage
- Exceeding the plan limit triggers a 25% surcharge.
- Excess usage is billed every 30 days, even on annual or quarterly plans.
189€ / 1,500 conversations * 1.25 = 0.1575€ per extra conversation
Account Setup & Activation
- Spoki requires an onboarding phase to activate the WhatsApp Cloud API.
- Activation depends on Meta verification and may take several days.
- You must follow the onboarding instructions provided by Spoki.
Plan Rules & Limits
- Plans are recurring: monthly, quarterly, or annually.
- Unlimited operators and unlimited contacts are allowed.
- Usage beyond 3× the included conversations requires a plan upgrade.
- Excess conversation costs are billed at the next monthly cycle.
Marketing plan of 1,500 conversations per month billed annually. Without changing plans you can take advantage of up to 4,500 conversations per month. At the end of the month every single conversation exceeding 1,500 will have the cost calculated as follows: 189.00€ / 1,500 conversations * 1.25 = 0.1575€.
