Brand Guidelines

Everything you need to represent Spoki consistently.

Self-tape

A practical guide for influencers and contributors recording clips we use in Spoki social. Keep framing, audio and delivery consistent so we can add branding and animations.

For Spoki social

Record clean clips we can edit into Spoki content

Half-body, clear audio, eyes to camera. You film the take — we handle logos, motion and the final cut.

Leave room for animations

Centre yourself and keep clear space at the top and sides. We use that margin for logos, titles and motion graphics.

01

Camera

Framing

Do

  • Use a half-body shot with your head fully in frame.
  • Centre yourself and leave clear space at the sides and top for animations.
  • If you are seated, frame from mid-torso up — do not include your legs.

Don’t

  • Don’t crop the top of your head.
  • Don’t sit full-body in frame or leave no margin around you.
  • Don’t hug the edges of the frame — we need room to add graphics.
02

Set

Background

Do

  • Use a clean, uncluttered background: solid wall, soft blur or a simple home/office setting.
  • Prefer natural light from the side for a soft, flattering look.

Don’t

  • Don’t film against busy patterns, competing logos or strong brand colours that clash with Spoki green.
  • Don’t use Spoki green as your backdrop — it fights the brand overlays we add later.
03

Wardrobe

Outfit

Do

  • Wear a simple, solid outfit. Neutrals work best — white, grey, navy, beige, soft black.
  • Cool and warm neutrals are both fine as long as the colour is calm and solid.

Don’t

  • Don’t wear bright Spoki green, neon tones, busy prints or large logos.
  • Don’t choose highly saturated warm reds that compete with CTAs and brand graphics.
04

Performance

Eye contact & audio

Do

  • Keep eye contact with the camera for the whole take.
  • Record with a microphone. If you hold it, keep it close at all times so the level stays consistent.

Don’t

  • Don’t look away for long stretches — if eye contact drops, we may apply an AI eye correction.
  • Don’t let the mic drift away mid-sentence; distance kills clarity.
05

What to send

Delivery

Do

  • Send only the correct takes, renamed clearly.
  • Start and end each sentence cleanly so the full line is audible with nothing cut off.

Don’t

  • Don’t send unused takes, drafts or clips with incomplete sentences.
  • Don’t leave unclear file names — we need to match each clip to the brief.

Outfit colours that work

Pick calm solids. Temperature (cool or warm) matters less than avoiding neon, Spoki green and loud prints.
