Brand Guidelines
Everything you need to represent Spoki consistently.
Creator playbook
A practical guide for influencers and creators presenting Spoki in their own voice. Keep your style, show the real product and turn every video into a clear story.
Create content that feels like you and proves Spoki’s value
One video, one use case and one real demo. Win attention with pace, credibility with product and conversion with a clear CTA.

Here’s a trick to book appointments while you sleep
The structure of a video that converts
Follow this order to capture attention, prove value and close with one concrete action.
- 11
Hook
- 22
Benefit + social proof
- 33
One specific use case
- 44

Structure and pace
Do
- Follow the structure: hook → benefit + social proof → one specific use case → product demo → remove objections → CTA.
- Cut every 2–3 seconds. Change angle, add B-roll or a screen recording so the image never stands still.
Don’t
- Don’t cover five features at once. One video = one use case = one niche.
- Don’t deliver a flat 90-second talking-head monologue without B-roll or screen footage.
Credibility
Product demo
Do
- Show Spoki working: the chat booking an appointment, the agent being built and the calendar receiving the booking. Use the demo account preloaded with data for your niche.
- Record a real screen capture. Seeing the product in action creates most of the credibility.
- Lean into the “no coding / in minutes” angle: it triggers the thought “I can do that too”.
Don’t
- Don’t promise anything the demo does not show. If you say “books appointments 24/7”, show it booking.
- Don’t use fake mockups or invented screens.
- Don’t describe a feature in words when you can show it.
Authenticity
Tone and personality
Do
- Sound like yourself. Your way of speaking and your style make you recognizable and are what the algorithm rewards.
- Speak in the first person, as if you are doing the viewer a favor: “I’m going to show you a trick that…”.
- Keep the energy high, approachable and natural.
Don’t
- Don’t read a corporate script word for word. Repetitive creator content loses reach.
- Don’t adopt an advertising brand voice. People trust people, not ads.
- Don’t force technical jargon you would not normally use.
Readability
Captions and format
Do
- Synchronize captions with your speaking pace.
- Use burned-in captions and highlight keywords according to the Subtitles style guide.
Don’t
- Don’t publish without captions or rely only on the platform’s automatic captions.
- Don’t use music that overpowers your voice.
Conversion
CTA (the close)
Do
- Close by asking viewers to comment one unique keyword such as “SPOKI”, “AGENT” or “BOT”. Repeat it clearly at the end.
- Explain the benefit of commenting: “comment X and I’ll send you the link”.
- Save the CTA for the end, after you have delivered value.
Don’t
- Don’t end without a call to action or with a generic “follow me”.
Value first. CTA second.
The keyword must be unique, easy to remember and connected to a concrete reward.
Closing example
“Comment “SPOKI””
and I’ll send you the link to create your agent in minutes.
