Spoki Pixel
Turn website actions into WhatsApp automations
The Spoki Pixel tracks what visitors do on your site — pages, clicks, forms, purchases — and turns it into personalized WhatsApp follow-ups, with real ROI you can measure. Add one lightweight snippet, then track events in whichever way suits you.

What is Spoki Pixel?
Spoki Pixel is Spoki’s website-tracking integration: you add one lightweight snippet to your site, then either reuse the standard events your Meta Pixel already fires (ViewContent, AddToCart, Purchase) or define your own with the CSS-based Spoki Tracker. Every tracked action can trigger a personalized WhatsApp flow, and each campaign reports visits, CTR, thank-you-page conversions and ROI attributed by UTM.
Key Benefits
Spoki Tracker: track any event you choose
Use a lightweight CSS tracker to capture exactly the actions that matter to you. Point Spoki at a CSS selector or an element, and any click or form submission becomes a named event. No code changes on your site, and full flexibility for custom events.
Spoki Pixel: reuse your Meta Pixel
Already running a Meta Pixel? You don't need a separate tracking system. Spoki reads the standard events it already sends, like ViewContent, AddToCart and Purchase, with no extra work. And whenever you want more flexibility, you can add your own custom events with the Spoki Tracker.
Campaigns: measure performance and ROI
See exactly how each campaign performs on your website: pages viewed, visits received, CTR, thank-you-page conversions, the Spoki campaign linked to every UTM, and ROI on every purchase and revenue-driving action.
How It Works
Register your website
In the Create Snippet tab, enter your site address and name the actions you want to track (a button, a form). Each one becomes an event Spoki recognises automatically.
Paste the snippet into your site
Copy the snippet we generate and paste it once into your site. Most site builders (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow) have a "custom code" or "header scripts" box. Paste it there.
See it in Analytics
Open Analytics → Pixel to watch visitors, clicks and leads come in: page views, unique visitors, total events and per-event stats showing Meta Pixel vs Spoki Tracker.
FAQ
Do I need to enable Spoki Pixel?
No — the integration is always available and operative, with no switch to flip. Open the Spoki Pixel page in Integrations, register your website, copy the generated snippet and paste it into your site’s custom-code or header area.
I already have a Meta Pixel — do I need to redo my tracking?
No. Spoki reuses the standard events your Meta Pixel already sends, such as ViewContent, AddToCart and Purchase. You only add custom events with the Spoki Tracker if you want more flexibility.
Where do I see campaign results?
Under Analytics in the Pixel tab, and in a campaign’s performance view: visits received, CTR, thank-you-page conversions and ROI on every purchase, attributed to the Spoki campaign via UTM.
Is Spoki Pixel GDPR-safe?
Lawful use is your responsibility. Because the pixel collects visitor data, collect consent before loading the snippet, disclose it in your privacy policy and gate it behind your cookie banner or CMP. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
